Live Oak Jaguars
The Jaguar organization was formed by Elbert (Al) Hollins and friends.While on active duty with the U.S. Air Force Al began volunteering with Randolph Air Force Base, Texas in 1970 as a coach of all sports (baseball, softball, basketball, and football). He later served as Commissioner of Youth Sports teaching, overseeing and bringing championships in all sports to Randolph AFB. Al retired after 26 years of military service and became the Randolph Youth Athletic Director. Al had served the Randolph Youth for over 28 years and at which time the Texas Youth Football Association, known as TYFA, was formed byAl Hollins and Brian Morgan.We are an Incorporated Non-Profit 501(c) (3) organization and member of the Texas Youth Football Association (TYFA).The Live Oak Jaguars Youth Football and Cheerleading Organization was formed in 1998 and began as a member of the Texas Youth Football Association (TYFA) which was originally San Antonio and Austin teams named San Antonio Austin Youth Football Association (SAYFA).The program is for the kids. When adopting rules, establishing standards, and in all planning aspects the primary consideration at all levels have been and will be what is best for the youngsters. Our primary goal is to provide your child with opportunities for participation, fun and enjoyment.We are located within the city park in Live Oak Texas. The Live Oak Jaguars are one of the few TYFA teams that have their own football complex.
